USA Customs Charges and Tariffs

From 29th August 2025 US Customs requirements are changing and the seller is required to pay all duties and taxes on orders sent to the USA. Also, the $800 order value exemption will be removed and all orders will be affected by tariffs. Thus, Micron is required to calculate and pay these charges to US Customs.

If the charges are not paid by the time a package reaches US Customs, the package is likely to be returned or destroyed. So, the price on all orders for delivery to USA will have to increase.

The simple shopping cart system used at Micron cannot support this calculation at the time of placing an order online. The only solution is to acknowledge each order from a USA customer and present a calculation of the additional charges that must be paid. At that time, you can choose to pay the charges or cancel your order. If you prefer to know the exact cost before placing an order, please send a list of what you need and we will send an invoice to include the charges.
